PEAR & FIG CHEESEBALL

Combine all ingredients for the cheese ball (cream cheese, Boursin, feta, sour cream, cheddar, Parmesan, prosciutto, pears, and fig jam) in a large bowl and gently fold together until combined. Transfer the mixture to a large sheet of Saran Wrap and tightly seal, wrapping with an additional sheet if needed, forming a ball shape. Chill the cheeseball in the fridge the day before needing or in the freezer for several hours until firm. Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in the crushed pistachios until completely covered and garnish with more fig jam. Enjoy with toasted crostini or crackers.
