GROUND BEEF RAMEN STIR-FRY

1. Begin by chopping all of the veggies – red pepper, broccoli & cabbage and set aside. 
2. In a wok or large skillet, saute the garlic & ginger in 1 tbsp sesame oil until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain beef & in the same skillet, add all vegetables. It will be very full but they cook down and create space. Saute for about 10 mins, you still want a crunch to your vegetables.
3. While your veggies cook, prepare the ramen noodles. Boil them for at least 1 minute less than what the packet directions advise. Strain and set aside. 
4. Prepare your sauce by first combining the cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl to create a slurry. Combine with all other ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking until it thickens. 
5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet of veggies and beef and pour on the sauce, toss to coat. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
