EGGNOG CHURRO WAFFLES🎄🧇 comment ‘RECIPE’ to have it sent to you directly🤍 2 cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cups eggnog 1/2 cup melted butter 2 eggs neutral oil for frying 1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon for dusting 1. Combine dry ingredients of flour, baking powder & cinnamon in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients of eggnog, melted butter, eggs and whisk to combine. 2. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl and gently fold to combine — don’t over mix! Leave some lumps and bumps. 3. Make your waffles in a waffle iron, removing before they are crispy. 4. Fry 30 seconds on each side in a neutral oil, allowing excess oil to drip off on a paper towel lined plate. 5. Add cinnamon + sugar to a plate and coat each fried waffle in the mixture. Enjoy! xo Hailey 🤍
