APPLE FRITTER SKILLET🍎🍂

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Peel, core and chop your apples and add to a saucepan. Add lemon juice, apple pie spice and cornstarch and stir until combined — cook over medium heat until apples have softened, about 10 mins.
2. Open your biscuits and cut into bite sized pieces. Add to a large bowl, along with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Toss to evenly coat.
3. Spread dough pieces evenly into your cast iron pan, topping with apple pie mixture on top. Use a butter knife to swirl apple topping into dough.
4. Place into preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 mins. Combine powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl and drizzle in the skillet. Serve warm. Enjoy! xo Hailey 🤍
