ALMOND JOY BANANA BREAD🍌 w Painterland magic💫

Mash 3 overripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla (assuming this refers to the almond extract previously listed or is an oversight), 5 tbsp melted butter, ⅓ cup maple syrup, and ½ cup yogurt. Whisk to combine. Add 1¾ cups of flour and 1 tsp baking soda to the mixture. Stir until flour streaks are almost gone, then gently fold in 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup shredded coconut, and ¾ cup slivered almonds. Place the batter in a lined loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs instead of wet batter. While the loaf is baking, add the topping ingredients (not specified in the text) to a small bowl and stir to combine. Top the loaf with this mixture once it is baked and return to the oven at 475 F for 4-6 minutes, broiling for an extra minute at the end if you'd like it slightly crispy. Allow to completely cool for the crust to form, then slice and enjoy!
